
Dr. Rebecca Uth, PsyD
Dr. Rebecca Uth is a highly experienced licensed clinical psychologist with over twenty years of expertise in evaluation and therapy services for clients of all ages across the Southern New England region. She has a broad background in assessment and treatment, working with clients in outpatient, inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization settings. During her training, Dr. Uth specialized in cognitive-behavioral therapy for adolescents with a history of suicidal behavior, self-injury, and substance abuse, as well as support for their families.
Clinical Expertise
Currently, Dr. Uth provides neuropsychological, psychological, and educational assessments for clients facing a range of challenges, including mood and behavioral disorders, memory and learning difficulties, and neurodevelopmental conditions. She serves patients throughout Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Massachusetts via telehealth.
Education and Licensure
Her academic background includes a bachelor's degree from Syracuse University, a master's degree in psychology from Boston University, and a doctoral degree from William James College. Dr. Uth is a licensed clinical psychologist in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.
Research and Teaching
In addition to private practice, Dr. Uth spent nearly 20 years involved with federally funded clinical research at Brown University's School of Public Health. She also provides clinical supervision to individuals preparing for licensure and has instructed at the collegiate level.
